The majority of Blue Sage performances are for private parties, weddings and conventions, but we do the occasional public concert as well.

3/2 - Special Event! - Blue Sage Trio and Marv Hamilton in Concert IAMA Local Concert Series
The music starts at 7:30 p.m. at the South Valley Unitarian Universalist Society, 6876 S. Highland Drive.
Tickets are $5, with kids under 12 free, and as always, coolers are welcome, so bring your munchies and beverages of choice.
3/3 - Special Event! - The Entrada Institute's 6th Annual Cowboy Poetry & Music Festival
Blue Sage will be headlining this event and will be joined by Don Kennington, Ray Conrad, Sam Jackson (and Suzie the dog!), the Wayne High School Cowboy Poetry Contest Winner, and Others for an evening of cowboy music, poetry and humor.
Tickets are $35 for dinner and show at the Rim Rock Restaurant in Torrey, Utah.

3/17 - (Private Engagement - Blue Sage Trio) Layton
3/20 - Special Event! - Blue Sage Trio at the "Spring Into Action" Rotary Auction Fundraiser This is a benefit event for two charities: The Maliheh Clinic, a not-for-profit medical clinic for the disadvantaged, and the West Jordan Field of Dreams, a baseball/Soccer field designed for handicapped youth and adults.
Come and donate/purchase auction items or just make a donation while you enjoy the events planned for the evening. This fundraiser is being held at The Gathering Place at Gardener Village (1100 W. 7800 S.). Doug Wright of KSL Radio will host the event and the Bluesage Trio will be providing music.

7/24 - Special Event! - Ogden Pioneer Days - Blue Sage Trio at Fort Buenaventura. If you are looking for a nice way to spend Pioneer Day, consider joining us at Fort Buenaventura in Ogden. We will be alternating sets with the Kate Mcleod and the Red Desert Ramblers with a jam involving all the performers at the end of the day. There should be all sorts of other activities happening as well. The music is scheduled to start at 11:30 am
Directions: From Ogden, head west on 24th street crossing the railroad yard. Turn left on the first street (A Ave) after the viaduct and take an immediate left into the park entrance.
From the Salt Lake and Davis county, head north on I-15 to the Ogden 24th street exit. Turn east on 24th street to "A" Avenue. Turn right on A ave. and take an immediate left into the park entrance.

8/13 - Special Event! - Mondays In The Park Series - Blue Sage Trio.
7:00 at the Chase home in Liberty Park - Salt Lake City. This is a special concert to commemorate the 50th sister city anniversary of Matusumoto and Salt Lake City. In addition to Blue Sage, this concert also features koto player Kanako Ford and the Okinawa Kenjinkai Dancers. 9/28 - 29 - Special Event! - Harvest Festival - Blue Sage Trio.
Held at the American West Heritage Center, Wellsville, UT. In conjunction with the Harvest Festival, the center is holding two contests: a Folk Band Contest on the 28th and a Fiddle Contest on the 29th. All Bluegrass, Celtic, Americana, or other bands centered around a folk tradition are welcome to enter the band contest. The Blue Sage Trio will be performing a hour concert at 4:00 in the Livery Stable on the 29th. (Mike may be performing some solo sets between rounds of the Band Contest on the 28th...)

12/11 - Special Event! - Blue Sage joins Stampede & Friends for a special "Cowboy Christmas" benefit concert.
This is a benefit concert held at the Ogden Union Station located at 25th & Wall. Doors open at 5:30 with the show starting at 6:00. Tickets are $5.00 at the door (plus one non-perishable food item). Proceeds benefit the Red Cross with the food items going to the Ogden YCC to be given out to families in need.
